So I’m on a pretty tight time crunch to get a “real” job at this juncture… I just need someone or something powerful to give me a hand up; once I’ve been empowered a little, I can continue rising on my own after a bit independently. If I can’t reach a god-amongst-men who’s benevolent enough to do that for me, then I’m going to have to grind my way into flight… it’s probably going to be the lowest point in the path towards what I’m aspiring for here.

I have a choice between using my skills to get an IT/CompSci job, or factory work… but then again I don’t really have a choice after a certain point – it seems like the chances of me getting a CompSci job without a special piece of paper are about the same as me getting hired by Elon Musk 😂

So… if I can’t find one by the end of June, it’s pretty much working in some factory around here for nearly minimum wage. It would take more money than I can make doing that for 40 hours/week to pay one part-time software developer for our company. Problematic? Yeah…

I suppose Shigeru Miyamoto never gave Satoshi Tajiri a strong hand up either… but we don’t live in that culture. Perhaps it’s for the best that I do it the hard way anyway, even – what kind of hand up would come without a different kind of price? It seems there’s even more to consider here…
